Hey, who doesn't want to slide down a carpeted stairway? (Mother's Day gathering.)

Bren grabbed the camera as part of the Stubbs' family menagerie descended on me Easter Sunday.

Somerset schools do a wonderful grandparents day with lots of musical performances by all the kids. This is Mattie - in pink - singing with her class.
Kit is in the same school but another class, of course, so she was on stage at a different time than Mattie.

Jere is playing Little League - well, "Farm league" - something that leads up to Little League.
Whoa boy - when this coach says "jump."
Amanda, on the right - with a beard - in "Much Ado About Nothing." She was Oatcake, one of the henchmen of Dogberry. The 5th and 6th graders at her school in Rochester did an incredible job with the play.

Flowers for the actress and an admiring brother.

Kit recently "flew up" from Brownies to Junior Girl Scouts. Here she's trying to untangle her balloon from several others at the ceremony.
So where's Norman Rockwell when you need him? (Jere and Nate.)
That's Bren with the guys - Romeo on the left (the smaller one) and Tom Cat on the right, two of Sarah's ponies. Bren is part-owner of Tom Cat, a one-year-old Welsh Cob.
Sarah has done a "hostile takeover" of the Farm League team - bought a pitching machine and some video tapes on how to coach and is helping out the three male coaches. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but when she puts her mind to something . . . well, anyway, here's Amanda taking a turn with the pitching machine.

Mattie (oops, I mean Tigger) pins the tail on Eeyore - Jere.
Oh - it's not Tigger - it is Mattie!
